JAYNE COLLINS
SENIOR TALENT DIRECTOR
Jayne is one of the most successful talent managers and casting directors in the UK. She is incredibly well-recognised, having been a leader in the entertainment industry for decades.
She is incredibly passionate about developing talent, and has led:
• A&R projects with Pharell Williams, Will I Am, David Massy (President of Island Records) amongst many others
• Management for chart-topping artists including The Saturdays and The Wanted
• Casting for Celebrity X Factor, X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent
• Casting projects for the BBC as well as being celebrity producer for ITV2 panel shows!

• Discuss a special project you’d like to launch
• Align on brand partnerships you’re looking to secure

Sarah is a senior business leader who’s joined WCP with a focus on improving overall business operations and strategy. She is a qualified business coach and is working directly with our internal team from a professional development standpoint. We’re excited to be able to invest in our staff in this way.
After a big year of growth and 2025 around the corner, it’s the perfect timing to have someone with Sarah’s skillset join the team.
She’ll be contacting some of you directly for feedback on our working relationship as she looks ahead to refine how we plug in most effectively as your business partner.

KATE WINNEY
SENIOR ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (AGENCY)
Seeing the success of your brand partnerships, we’re building more interest from brands to partner with WCP directly to book creator campaigns with both managed and external creators.
Enter Kate Winney, one of the most experienced performance influencer marketing specialists in the game. Kate is heading up this new department at WCP.
She’s been responsible for deploying 8 figure influencer marketing budgets across multiple markets for major brands such as H&M, Dream Games, Clarendon Games and Badoo.
Kate’s role is client facing, and Nick will continue to be your point person for collabs with external brands and agencies as well as in-house opportunities.
JAMIE SELLERS
DIRECTOR OF SOUND
Jamie is a platinum award winning music producer. He’s worked with everyone from B*witched to Elton John and is now collaborating with our creators. Some of you have already worked with Jamie on Facebook sound collections as well as music releases.

JACK SPRINGBETT
SENIOR DESIGNER
Jack is a senior branding designer with experience in start-up branding, food branding, product packaging, merchandise design and music marketing. We’re working on special projects with creators from food franchises to merch, books to apps, with Jack as creative lead on visual branding.
